We want our customers to be happy and have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy

Our commitment lies in offering exclusively high-quality products that adhere to the most stringent production standards. We ensure that every item we sell is fresh, top-tier, and performs exactly as described. Should you find yourself unsatisfied, we gladly offer a full refund of your purchase price, provided the products are returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

For returns totaling $49 or more in value where there are no damage or quality issues with the initial shipment but the customer wishes to return the goods, a 20% restocking fee will apply. However, this fee can be waived for exchanges. Please note that paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit, Wrong Product Delivered Or Missing Quantity Items

We take utmost care in packing your products to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. While rare, accidents or mishandling during transit may occur after leaving our warehouse.

If your received items are damaged during shipping, wrong product delivered or if you are missing any quantity, kindly retain all original packaging materials and promptly reach out to us at or via call at (972)292-7222.

Regrettably, we are unable to process claims for transit damage, wrong product delivered and missing quantity beyond 5 days from the delivery of our products or if the original packaging materials have been discarded.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate the return process, kindly contact Customer Service Via phone  (972)292-7222. Or Email
  • Upon authorization, a representative will issue a unique Return Authorization (RA) number for the return.
  • The provided RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping labels and freight charges, and may choose to return the goods via any UPS, FedEx, or USPS facility.

  • After receiving the authorized returned items, we conduct an inspection to ensure they are in new, unused, or unworn condition
  • Returns are typically completed within 5-10 business days of receipt at the warehouse

Exchange Procedure

  • Should a product exchange be preferred, please inform Customer Service when obtaining the RA Number and follow the same steps above.
  • In addition to the RA number, inside the package the customer must clearly specify that an exchange is preferred.
  • Once the product has been received and inspected, the exchanged product will be sent out within 5-10 business days.


We will inform you upon receiving and inspecting your return, notifying you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
